Supervised special-process workstation at SP Center

People and accountability

The team responsible for SP Center projects

SP Center projects are handled by a cross-functional team covering management, quality, production, maintenance and administration. The profiles below explain each person’s customer-relevant responsibilities.

How the project team works

An enquiry is not handled by sales alone. Depending on the stage, it is reviewed for technical feasibility, customer and system requirements, production planning, equipment availability, documentation and communication. Release requires a shared view of scope, evidence and risk.

People and responsibilities

Paweł Kmieć — Managing Director & Shareholder

He is responsible for SP Center’s strategic direction, investment decisions, key commercial and organisational relationships and the selection of cooperation models.

For customer programmes, he leads strategic discussions on launches, process transfers, investment in dedicated production capacity and outsourcing.

Rafał Liszcz — Quality Leader

He is responsible for the operation and development of the quality management system, document control, customer requirements, measuring-equipment control and conformity activities. He supports serial production and launch programmes and is the appropriate contact for records, FAI, PPAP, audits, special requirements and change control.

Jakub Kubicki — Production Manager

He is responsible for planning, production organisation, stable execution, the operating team and the use of approved parameters. He connects process requirements with the practical organisation of safe and repeatable production.

Paweł Przybyłko — Maintenance Manager

He is responsible for machine reliability, preventive activity, technical records, inspections and production-infrastructure support. He coordinates maintenance, cooperation with the relevant technical-inspection authorities and the documentation required by the management system and production.

Adrianna Wilga — Executive Assistant

She supports management, document organisation, information flow, customer and partner contact, and administrative processes requiring reliable timing and formal care. Her work supports meetings, information routing and coordination between functions.

Who reviews an enquiry

Technical feasibility

Production and maintenance review geometry, access, handling, tooling, equipment availability and process capability. Parameters must remain within the governing documentation and approved qualification route.

Quality requirements

The Quality Leader reviews invoked standards, records, change control, traceability, FAI or PPAP, and boundaries arising from certified scope and customer approvals.

Commercial and organisational model

The Managing Director & Shareholder agrees commercial conditions, investment, allocation of responsibilities, confidentiality and the longer-term programme structure.

Communication and documents

The Executive Assistant supports contact, meeting coordination and the controlled exchange of agreed documentation so that information reaches the responsible function.

Reaching the right person

Use the RFQ form or contact page. You do not need to select an individual in advance; the enquiry will be routed to the relevant functions. Do not send restricted information before an appropriate confidentiality arrangement and secure channel are agreed.
