The special-process quality system connects customer requirements, approved documentation, project-specific controls and records linked to the individual part. Each element serves a different purpose and cannot be replaced by machine monitoring alone.

We establish the document revision, acceptance criteria, peened areas and agreed reporting scope.

We select and approve parameters, tooling, media and the control plan appropriate for the part.

Execution control and deviation response

We verify Almen intensity, coverage, media and machine parameters, and stop the process when a requirement is not met.

We link the part to the applicable documentation, control results and the agreed customer report.

Frequently asked questions

Does SCADA confirm coverage?

No. Coverage is assessed using the method and acceptance criterion stated in the process documentation; SCADA may record the related data and result.

Can a customer receive process data?

The reporting scope is agreed before production and may include selected parameters, control results and record identifiers.

How long are records retained?

The retention period follows agreed customer requirements, applicable documentation and internal procedures.

Does a certificate replace process qualification?

No. A certificate and the qualification of a specific process or source address different requirements.
