How are data linked to the part flow?

Data and documentation are linked from receipt, through processing, to shipment. The identification level—part, batch or order—depends on agreed requirements.

What is included in digital documentation?

It includes work cards, production guides and process technology. The system supports version control, step confirmation and confirmation of process completion.

How does RFID authorization work?

RFID cards authorize employees within the digital execution and confirmation flow. An RFID record alone is not a public claim of qualification for every possible operation.

How long are records retained?

Records are retained according to customer requirements. Period, format and data scope are agreed for the project.

What report can a customer receive?

A customer can request a report or data extract within the agreed scope. Content depends on the process, traceability level and confidentiality requirements.

Does SCADA replace Almen, coverage and media control?

No. SCADA records monitored parameters and alarms. Almen intensity, coverage, Peenscan and media control answer different questions and remain applicable where required.
