Paweł Kmieć –
Managing Director

For over a decade, he has been involved in the surface treatment industry, particularly in shot peening processes and specialized technologies for the aerospace and automotive sectors. Before managing SP Center, he successfully launched two production plants—one in Poland and one in Hungary—taking responsibility for both the operational and business aspects of these investments.
He developed his career in an international surface treatment corporation, where he served as Director for Poland and subsequently as Director responsible for both Poland and Hungary. He managed the implementation of special processes for the most demanding OEM and Tier-1 customers, combining aerospace and automotive industry requirements with the operational efficiency of the plants. At SP Center, he is responsible for the company’s strategic direction—from the initial concept and construction of the facility, through the selection of technology and machinery, to the creation of a quality management system compliant with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards, and preparing the organization for IATF 16949 and NADCAP certifications.
He combines a technical understanding of processes with a practical approach to business, costs, and production logistics. In his daily work, he focuses on partnership-based cooperation with clients, transparent communication, and long-term relationships built on trust. He is responsible for key launch projects, the development of new SP Center services, and contract negotiations with clients both in Poland and abroad.
Involved in the surface treatment industry since 2023 – as a Quality Inspector, he was responsible for, among other things, product quality supervision, calibration of inspection and measurement equipment, conformity assessment, and maintaining standards required by key customers. He built the foundations of his professional path starting in 2019 in the automotive industry, where he developed competencies in quality systems, process stability, and working in an environment focused on continuous improvement.
He joined SP Center in July 2025 as a Quality Leader, taking responsibility for building, operating, and developing the Quality Department in a dynamically growing organization. His scope of responsibility includes: overseeing the stability of quality processes, ensuring the fulfillment of requirements for customers from high-demand sectors, and developing modern control systems that support both mass production and implementation projects.
In his work, he focuses on precision, reliability, and a consistent drive toward high standards—from the first piece to the full series. He values transparent communication, accountability, and a systematic approach to problem-solving based on data and facts. He combines practical production experience with an analytical view of processes, effectively supporting both current operational activities and the long-term development of the quality system at SP Center.

Involved in the surface treatment industry since 2018, he gained his experience in an international organization with a profile similar to SP Center’s activities, advancing through successive levels of development—from process operator, through engineering and technology development, to the roles of shift leader and production leader.
He participated in the launch of a greenfield facility and subsequently supported the transfer of processes and projects to foreign units, combining knowledge of special processes with a practical approach to production organization. He has been with SP Center since January 2025, rejoining the team as one of the first employees responsible for building operations from the ground up.
At the company, he is responsible for the development and supervision of the production department—from planning, through process stability and the selection of technological parameters, to team management and meeting customer quality requirements. He combines process knowledge with experience gained at every level of the production structure, allowing him to effectively support both daily operations and the long-term development of the plant.
In his work, he focuses on reliability, efficient communication, and a partnership-based approach to cooperation within the organization. He actively participates in launch projects, process optimization, and building the operational culture of SP Center.
Involved in administration and operational support for several years. She joined SP Center in 2025 as one of the first individuals responsible for creating an efficient administrative backbone for the growing organization.
At the company, she is responsible for comprehensive support for the Board—from planning and organizing daily tasks and preparing documentation to contacting clients and business partners, as well as overseeing processes requiring exceptional precision and formal diligence. She monitors the flow of information, ensures the efficiency of administrative processes, and supports the implementation of the organization’s strategic initiatives.
In her work, she is guided by professionalism, punctuality, and effective cooperation with the team and management. She actively participates in development projects and improvement initiatives, co-creating effective administrative procedures and supporting the development of consistent operational standards for SP Center.
