Sorting of parts is currently an undesirable element of production processes. To ensure that production remains undisturbed at every stage, our controllers closely monitor their quality and, in cases of justified necessity, take immediate action to minimize the risk of defective components proceeding to further production stages.
The services we provide include checking product characteristics using measuring instruments, dedicated gauges, and visual inspection.
All reporting of results is agreed upon with the client, ranging from shift reports to daily, weekly, and monthly summaries of our work.
We carry out our services in strict accordance with safety and workplace comfort standards, following the guidelines specified in the client’s documentation.

Detail repair
Detail improvement – also referred to as enhancing the characteristics of a part, is performed on basic machining equipment or using hand tools. We also have the capability to process parts on CNC machines. Detail improvement is carried out according to the client’s instructions or based on technology we develop ourselves. All we need are the client’s specifications and expectations. This service is available for parts made of plastics, metal, aluminum, and other materials.
Additionally, we perform subassemblies and assembly of components on request, such as wiring harnesses and their components.
