Opinion on the concession of the Military Institute of Armament Technology (WITU) regarding the manufacture of and trade in explosives, weapons, ammunition, and products and technology for military or police purposes.

Thus, we have formal confirmation of our technical and organizational capacity to obtain a military concession, enabling us to proceed to the next stage – submitting a complete concession application to the competent authority and awaiting the administrative decision.
Receiving the concession paves the way for SP Center to provide services and enter into contracts within the defense sector (as manufacturers and subcontractors for the automotive/aviation/aerospace industries for defense purposes).

IATF – (International Automotive Task Force)
International quality management system standard for the automotive industry, focusing on continuous improvement, defect prevention, and waste reduction throughout the entire supply chain. It is a prerequisite for cooperation with major original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and confirms that the company meets rigorous quality requirements for automotive parts and materials. It confirms that the company operates in accordance with best practices in automotive quality management. It streamlines processes and reduces quality-related costs.
Scope: Covers the entire automotive industry supply chain.
Requirements: Focuses on specific requirements for parts and materials suppliers, including quality planning, process management, measurement systems analysis, and control of non-conforming products.
Goal: Ensuring consistency and high quality of products and processes, eliminating the need for multiple certifications, and building trust with key customers.
NATO SUPPORT AND PROCUREMENT AGENCY (NSPA)
SP Center Sp. z o.o. informs that it has qualified to participate in public procurement of the NATO SUPPORT AND PROCUREMENT AGENCY (NSPA).
The qualification was granted to our company by the Ministry of Defense, NATO Support and Procurement Agency, Public Procurement Department ARMANENT POLICY DEPARTMENT.
With NSPA qualification, our company can be a supplier of goods and a provider of services for NATO structures. The scope of NSPA procurement includes: military systems and equipment, as well as equipment maintenance services, repairs, calibration of military equipment, demilitarization, disassembly of devices, disposal, environmental protection services, energy efficiency and data management, construction of container facilities and buildings for military purposes, performance of services at military bases, performance of engineering and advisory work, transport, and medicine.
AS/EN 9100:2018 Certificate
The international quality management standard AS/EN 9100:2018 for the aviation, space, and defense industry is an enhanced version of ISO 9001:2015. Its current version (designated as AS9100D:2016) introduces a new structure compliant with ISO 9001:2015. The AS/EN 9100 standard helps organizations in the aviation, space, and defense sectors establish effective quality management systems, ensuring increased efficiency and traceability in the supply chain. Developed by the International Aerospace Quality Group (IAQG), the AS/EN 9100 standard is based on ISO 9001. It ensures international consistency and addresses specific regulatory, safety, and reliability requirements of the aerospace sector, including civil aviation, the space industry, and defense.

SP Center Sp. z o.o. has received the NCAGE (NATO Commercial and Government Entity) certificate issued by the Military Centre for Standardization, Quality and Codification. It is an international identifier used within the NCS (NATO Codification System), which enables the unique identification of economic entities cooperating with NATO defense institutions.
This allows for participation in tenders for supplies to NATO, registration in the SAM (System for Award Management) database, and providing solutions for the Polish Armed Forces and NATO member states.
Certificate of completion of training in the trade of materials and technology for military or police use
The Act of June 13, 2019, regulates business activities in the field of manufacturing and trading explosives, weapons, ammunition, and military/police products, requiring participation in appropriate training sessions, which are an essential element for obtaining a license issued by the Minister of the Interior and Administration (MSWiA). These training sessions ensure the possession of knowledge and skills necessary for the safe and lawful conduct of business in these areas.
In the case of activities involving the trade and manufacture of explosives, weapons, ammunition, and military/police technologies, the field is strictly regulated by law.
To conduct such business, an entrepreneur must obtain a special license issued by the Minister of the Interior and Administration (MSWiA).
Participation in the required training is one of the key elements that enables the acquisition of this license, guaranteeing that the entrepreneur possesses the appropriate knowledge and skills to operate safely in such a specific field.
